Vicki.
There isn't anything anyone can say about the loss of a young life to such a horrible addiction. All we can do is hope that by sharing our experiences and pain that someone will read our stories and see the light for themselves. That somehow, after reading something like this, a person struggling to stay quit will find the resolve to push through the tough times.
We are here with you. Get some rest.

My deepest sympathy goes out to you and Sharon's family. That is so sad to have her life robbed of her so young! At least she is no longer suffering. I will copy this story to my quit diary. I hope that her story will keep at least one person quit or keep them from lighting up. That is absolutely tragic.
Crave the Quit!

Vicki - thank you for sharing the story of Sharon. Sad and tragic for her family and friends. One can only hope that her life and death can be the inspiration to someone else who is struggling with this addiction. It reminds me of Rain's post "What was YOUR wake-up moment" in which I posted about my dear friend Ann. I will bump it.
Sleep and rest. Hugs. Carole
