Well it's been a long, hard road, but I've finally landed on the beach and I can tell you it's been worth it. I have met some wonderful people on my journey here and I will always be grateful for all the support you have given me. To be a non smoker after 35 years is such a milestone for me. I never thought I'd be in this place. It's a great place too. I will never take this quit for granted for I know just how fragile it is. I feel strong today and proud. I'm proud of all of you too. Keep up your quit and remember that if I can do this, anyone can.
