Another beautiful smoke free day. Yet last night wasn't :-(
Among other bad things I also spilled iced tea all over myself!! I was so emmbarrased, I know that if I wasnt in a bad mood already I wouldve just laughed it off, but it seemed like the icing on top of the cake you know?
Feeling better now after having a good cry and at no point did I wish to make it worse by smoking and I was pretty damn upset!!
So although it was upsetting last night, I did not smoke!!
I am getting a hang of not smoking when things get back.
This is a very simple thought but very true: That we all have good days and bad days. Sometimes our bad days are better than other people bad days. Possibly what happened to me has happebned to others and maybe even worse thats what made me feel better.
I am also getting a hang of positive thinking I never used to be so positive.
I suffered from depression for alot of my childhood but am getting better and better everyday!!:-)
How my knights doing?

ang... you are an inspiring young lady.
Keep that possitive attitude. When you find yourself down, keep trying until you find what works for you. Smoking won't ever solve any of life's problems or make any situation better.
This is a life changing, soul searching experience that is worth every second of the journey. Keep going. :)
