Great post duffis.
I have been enslaved by smoking for 30 years and also enslaved by shyness. This site and all the wonderful people on this site has helped me to help myself to quit smoking and also, to be more confident in my self. So I want to thank you all, for helping me to Free.

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......

I love the part about "price to pay for changing things and price to pay for leaving things the way they are". We must keep that in mind.
Thanks Bob

That pretty much sums it all up, Duffis. As long as we allow ourselves to be slaves to the master of addiction we will never be free. Only by taking control of ourselves will we be able to taste freedom.
It's good to see another Duffism. :)
