WTG CUDDLES!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! You're definitly on the right track & taking control & motivation for your quit! You're words are very inspiring and reading your journal has got my heart pumping a little fast. Those donuts sounded good as I was sitting here eatting my Jenny Craig oatmeal, lol. Do whatever u want these next few weeks, it's ok :) I don't know if u pray or not but when things seem really tough it always helps me. Crying, beatting up your pillow, sleeping, screaming, ice cream/donuts whatever it takes just don't smoke.
One saying I learned in AA is, "If you're in the past or in the future, you're wasting the moment."
WOOHOOOOOOOO TO ANOTHER SMOKE-FREE DAY! U CAN DO IT!!!
No matter what don't lite up...
Keep on keepin on...
