I'm still here and not smoking. Actually, today is my birthday and celebrating without a cigarette. A friend of mine called yesterday and said I was her inspiration to try and quit so she has been smoke free since Wednesday...what a nice gift, for me and her.
Hi Kizzer. I'm still here. I just passed the $400 mark on money saved. Sweet.

Well, it is great to see so many familiar names AND see that you continue to win the war.
The only bad thing with my quit is that I have gained 20 pounds! This after losing 75 pounds over the 9 months before I quit. But what the hay, I'd rather gain a few pounds than smoke those nasty smelling cigarettes.

I just can not believe that I have passed the NOT smoked 10,000 cigarette mark. That just blows me away that in such a short time, that I would have smoked that many.
I was going to do that math for this based on my 32 year addiction, but thought I'd pass out if I seen the numbers.
Sure miss the "Butt Grinders of November" team, anyone still here? If so, I hope and pray that you are still not smoking and your life is good!
