Stoppin'
You know when you go to buy property it's all about Location, Location, Location...
Well, when you quit it's all about Attitude, Attitude, Attitude.
Take it a 1/2 a day at a time or even an hour at a time. When you wake up, grab that coffee and head over to the SSC for a bit for a change of pace. You are thinking before reacting and that is a very good thing. Many people lose their quits early on due to a kneejerk reaction to a junkie thought or a crave. You got past a tough day.. be sure to remember it and save that victory for later. When you get a hard crave or another junkie thought, be sure to look back and remind yourself of how you made it through Day 6.
Keep on keepin' on! You are doing great and your Positive Attitude is helping to keep you on track!
