Okay, I haven't had this one yet so all I can do is give some suggestions:
1. Got running shoes? Just put them on, and start running. Get that i-pod or mp3 player loaded with some great music, and run. Just don't forget to drink some water once in a while.
2. If it is too cold to go running, do you have a membership to a gym? If so, just go there.
3. Or go to the mall, go shopping, or go to the movies.
Well, that's all I could come up with. Hope this helps a little. Whatever you do:
Don't smoke. Imagine how your clothes will stink again, your hair, your breath. Yikes!!! And even worse, imagine how the smoke will pollute your vital organs with every puff!!!
