But this has more to do with not caving in a bar... it sounds like you did a good job of not caving in a tough situation... most wouldn't have weathered as well as you did so early in your quit. Congratulations for that. This post DOES however give some good suggestions for keeping busy while at a bar... that's the best way to distract yourself from smoking and it's pretty easy to do at most bars. This is often the hardest trigger to get over, and since when you're drinking, you're not completely sober, so it's VERY easy to give into the nicodemon when he's screaming in your ear and you're not sober enough to knock him off your shoulder. I caution you on drinking to excess so early in a quit... that can be quite dangerous to a quit (I know from personal experience), so try to limit your alcohol consumption when out at the bars.
