Just been to the gym and did 30 mins on the rower and 15 mins on the eliptical trainer and was hardly out of breath. I was going to the gyn before I quit so it's not that I am any fitter. No, this is down purely to not having had a smoke for 12 days! If you need any incentive to stay focussed and determined then this is it.
Keep at it folks !!
