I'm still here and smoke free...but Wow !! this is freaking hard. Like the last 3 days have been horrible. Have Doctors appointment tommorow. He told me to quit smoking last time I was there .. 1 month ago...I'm kind of excited to show up and show him that I'm 2 weeks smoke free...
