Last night I had a freak out moment. I was cooking dinner, and realized that it was taking longer than it should have, and it was getting late, and the kids needed to eat and go to bed......... so I freaked out on dinner. I couldn't think. I couldn't make a decision. I walked out into the garage and told my hubby that happened, and he said, why do you make the girls something else?? Oh, yeah........ so I quickly made them their dinner.
Lady, I think that is exactly what I need to do. Calm down, and reward myself. I'm not that busy, but I do have a lot of things to remember.......... And I think that might be a starting point!!

Unfortunately, it is the SSC..... I log on for my 20 minutes of peace in the morning, but the 20 minutes have been running longer.
Sunshine, This is the first time that I have felt them this bad. I usually will just get a case of the sweats, but this time was different. I felt so out of control. I couldn't stop the shaking and the yelling and the confusion.
BF, I always do that. Having conversations with myself on how it go. The bad part is that it never goes that way, so I am always caught off guard!!!!
I decided that I will no longer do the daycare. Next Wednesday is my last. I have decided to just let it go. She is my friend, and I want to keep it that way.
Thank you all for your support. My thoughts of smoking were high yesterday, but life over-powered them. Kinda nice..... But today, I am calmer, so I need to fight those smoking thoughts.
