Sunflower I too feel so good.
I had a couple hard days there for awhile. Just this Sunday I thought I was going to go nuts. The feeling came to peek late afternoon and went away like a bad thunder storm. Now for the last two days I have felt completly like a non- smoker. The only time I think of a cigrette is when Im reminding myself that I haven't thought of a cigrette!! How funny.. Love it thogh
Keep up the good fight.

I have no reason to post except to tell you all that I feel so good and that I am so happy that I took this step to stop smoking!
After smoking 35 years and a lot of attempts to quit, I am so glad to have make it so far.
I had a very difficult 3rd week but for 1 week now, everything starts to change and I am so happy because:
* I don't think about cigarettes every waken moment.
* I can lay in bed in the morning, sipping coffee and talk with my
husband without a need to go out and smoke.
* I smell so good.
* I haven't gain any weight.
* Me and my husband takes a long walk every night, and I can feel
that my breathing gets easier and easier, so does my steps.
(And his weight:-)
* My (non-smoking) husband is very proud of me.
But most of all: I am glad because I know I can do it!
