I believe 2 of the best coping mechanisim's is being honest with yourself and telling on the junkie when it "tries" to mess with you. You're already doing both of those :)
Drink lots of water this summer :) The sugar from the lolly pops, etc, might dehydrate you? Anyhow...when u wake up in the morning say your prayers and picture yourself out there healthy as the smoke-free/non-smoker that u are, getting in gr8 shape working and drinking lots of water. Ok maybe think about that scene in "Sex And the City" where where what's her name "the brunette", get's it on with the gardner, LOL.
Whatever it takes, just don't turn into a stinky smoker again,,,yuk!
