Those dreams are crazy aren't they. I've blown my quit twice so far (but only in my dreams) I've never had so many crazy dreams in my life!
Way to go on one month quit! Aren't you glad it was just a dream?

So I had a dream last night that I smoked. All I could think of when in my dream was I had just blown a month long quit. When I woke up I was grateful that it was just a dream. It's like a glimpse into what I would feel like if I had that one cigarette. Good motivation. ah and BTW, I got me a month today!

Crush and Windy,
Frightening isn't it...waking up in a cold sweat thinking that we blew it. Then the relief. I had those dreams lots at first. Just as your waking self will think about it less and less with time, so will your sleeping self.
Be proud of your quits, you made it through the worst!

I have a smoking dream everytime I hear that my new boss is comming into town. He smokes, smells like smoke a lot and likes to hug.

Crush,
I've had this dream many times! The horror of realising that I am smoking in the dream is thankfully cancelled out by the relief when I wake up. To me it's a good dream - a reminder of how bad I would feel if I gave up on my quit. (Not that I would now)

I've often had that dream too. I don't like it one bit. Fortunately we wake up to the relief of the truth. Strangely, I don't recall smoking in my dreams when I was a smoker though.
Excellent job on your first month - that's a huge milestone. Reward time...
keep fightin' the good fight - fish :)

Congratulations on your 1 month. I still remember how wonderful that felt, and I hope you always do too. It helps us to maintain the quit. Have a wonderful reward for yourself, you are worth it!!
I remember those dreams too, scary but they do remind you how awful it could be to go back.

This is great success!
Keep those dreams at bay and ease into your sleep with relaxation techniques :)
Good Job,
Keep Strong,
