Ter, The nicotine is out of your system in about 3 days, but please be aware that that doesn't mean that it's all easy after 3 days. My toughest day when I first quit was day 10. Ter, Nicotine will usually leave your system after about 3 days. Every quit is different, so you may experience more of less days of the nicotine leaving the body.
