Sparky, don't be so hard on yourself, or give up so easy! I actually quit in mid August, I went the last 2 weeks in August...but on September 1st I couldn't take it any more, and bought a pack! But, I didn't give up! I smoked maybe 1/2 of that pack///choking on them all the way! But, I can FEEL I'm going to make it THIS time!
I am 55 years old, started smoking when I was 26...29 years ago, and I have been TRYING to quit for 28 years, LOL! So, I am proof positive that it's worth it to KEEP trying to quit, and it CAN be done!
I'm having some strong *urges* right now, and I have a straw sticking out of my mouth...and I am chewing the HELL out of it! Since I broke the *reaching* habit, the habit of holding it between my fingers...the urges are easier to deal with!
I AM a NON smoker, AT LAST!
PLEASE give it another try! If not today, then try again tomorrow!
