Sorry to hear you slipped. Time to get up, do some learning and keep going.
For many, alcohol is a trigger.
Some choose to stop drinking completely, others until they are more secure in their quit. If alcohol is a trigger for you, prepare well next time. Try reducing your intake, bringing coping mechanisms with you to the event (gum, toothpick, straw, mints) and have a reward for when you get back smoke free.
