Time tables don�t work with quitting, so we can�t really tell you when the withdrawal symptoms will get better. At 3 weeks I felt pretty much normal and could already see tremendous health benefits. By the time you have a week of freedom, you�ll probably notice that the fog is lifting a bit. I hated that feeling, but one of our members (Bogman) said he wished he could bottle it � LOL. It will definitely take awhile for your body to figure out what�s going on, but the beginning quit problems are well worth the great outcome.
