Well, today is day four. I now have all of the nicotine out of my body I can feel the fog lifting from my brain, I think I might get off this computer chair & do something today. Knowing what to expect really helped this time, I was prepared with lots of mints, lollies & ice cubes which I sucked for hours last night while chatting to bogbott. I know I'm not there yet but i am confident enough to ring my mother today & give her the good news, she has final stage emphysema from a life time of smoking & is on oxygen 24/7. She will be so pleased, there will be no going back now.
