I'm back from the Big Apple, wow I loove New-York, what a city. No one smokes inside for sure, THEY'RE ALL OUTSIDE SMOKING. hihihi. Well I have made another non smoking memory. First time on a week-end away from home as a non-smoker , with my 2 smoking friends to boot and hubby of course, but he doesn't smoke. I'm so happy to be a non-smoker, I enjoyed my week-end and I felt so free. I would check people's faces on the tour bus as they waited for a smoke break, they seemed so miserable, the bus stopped for very short periods and they would fit in 2 smokes. In the city every third step I took there was a smoker puffing away, this week-end really reaffirmed my decision to stay quit, I have crossed over to the other side, finally. I felt so sorry for my friends who needed a fix and had to wait all weekend, you can't smoke while walking in N.Y. too many people on the street and the guide wouldn't wait for it, so it was hard on the smokers. It's a great thing to be a non-smoker you get to see more and you have a lot more time to spend hihihih I enjoy being a non-smoker. One day at a time :)Marie
