Great job Kate...see just a little time and patients and the urge passes. You can and you are doing this!! Remember to be patient with yourself and if you need to scream, let it out!!!!

Hi Kate,
and well done you! I am still quit as well. It feels wonderful. Though today the craves this morning have been tough but I am approaching the end of week 3 plus all stress is ramping up for my biggies next week (moving house, daughter leaving home etc.) and I have just started my new job. I reckon in another couple of weeks life is going to look much different. Am learning to do breathing more or less automatically when the craves/stress kick in. Plus love my yoga class and have signed up to start in the gym (never EVER done anything like that before!) next week. Ready to keep working on a new "me".
Hang in there Kate. Hope to see you around when we post for 100 days quit.
S x

Thank you All! I'm so grateful that you're all here.
I'm sorry i didn't post earlier but as you can understand our time zone is different so i'm not around when you are!!
Anyway,i stayed on my chair, got a cold glass of water, ate a biscuit and kept on surfing... i just got over it.I went home for lunch, rested a little and then went out, went to the gym... bought my sugar free candies and kept myself really busy and my mind away from it.
I still have a soar throat but i feel it's getting better.
Thank you All!!! Thank You! Thank You!
:)

Kate, I screwed this up on my other post to you. What I meant to say was that I'm usually on THIS time of morning, if you ever needed to talk.
I'm so glad it passed, what a difference a day makes.
