When I started my quit I dreaded the weekends now after so few weeks they hold NO fear for me.
This business of quitting is all about what ifs?
What If I havent got a smoke when I really need one?
What if I fail?
What will my friends think if I dont make it
WHAT IF YOU CRACK IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did it you can!!
Phil

Phil,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Members,
Some of our quitters have also found it helpful to engage in the weekend promise/pledge.

That realization that we really CAN quit after all those years of smoking is Amazing!
Congratulations for reaching that point!
