I used Benefiber the first time I quit (2 1/2 years ago) and have bought a huge bottle of it for this time around. It has no taste and can be added to anything (coffee, cereal, water). It doesn't get lumpy and solid like metamusil does so you don't have to gulp it down in 30seconds like the old stuff...and like I said it has no flavor so it can be added to anything.
I even add it to my kids chocolate milk when they get the constipated, and they have no idea its in there.

You may want to considering taking (it's all natural!) Fiber Lax (a Walgreen's fiber answer) but make sure to read all labels on remedies and natural supplements, of course :-)
This worked for me and for many of my clients at times when our bodies are not 'regular' as it were...
It definitely will pass and there is help between now and 'regular'
:)

This is very common when you quit smoking, especially if you quick coffee too. Try Cherries and prunes :)
