Well, Halloween of all nights I FINALLY came to terms with my spouse and his continued smoking choice. I am sad he did start but I am glad that I haven't. I didn't for the first time nag him about his stinky cig smell and I also saw him smoking in the distance while I took my two boys trick or treating. I also had prepared myself beforehand with a very good friend, Lady. I talked to her for a little while and was able to come to grips with things BEFOREHAND. It does help, newbies, to prepare ahead of time for situations you know will be tough. If you do, you can overcome anything. I am more calm than I have been since I found out my spouse started smoking. Even he is more relaxed and said he may join this website and work through things BEFOREHAND (there's that word again) and get to a point where he could actually want to quit. What a blessing and joy to hear that from him.
Hugs and hope everyone is fine!!!
