Hi again Thanks for all your replies! Yes i have booked a weekend away at the Gold Coast (Live in QLD, Australia)as a 100 day reward.. I have also been diagnosed with mild asthma :( nowadays i carry a ventolin puffer instead of cigarettes :blush: well well.. what to expect of 26 years of heavy smoking!! I hope it was not toolate to give up---i do not want lung cancer or something.. I do not think i would go back---not after all this.. I have also started to cough up dark crud,, disgusting.. Hi All I had computer problems -so i have been without :( However nice to be back... I got a suprise of my counter when i logged in!!! Did not know i have been smokefree soo long!!!! Jippieee I have had a very HARD TIME for those who knows me... Nice to see a few names i recognise and a BIG WELCOME to those NEW ones on this site. To stop smoking is not easy,, but it can be done!!! I still have cravings but not as bad as those i had in the beginning---Do U remember when i was about to self-harm??? Ohh that was a hard time for me... jippiee im a Non-smoker.. To All new ones----Allen Carr book is worth a try!! and ALSO---stay here--post often---take day by day.. NEVER give up!!
