I take a walk into town and do a bit of window shopping.
I spend time meditating while breathing in essential oils.
I take the dog for a walk.
And If I am celebrating something big.. I get my partner to buy me a treat.. LOL

Hmm.. never thought of reading as a reward before.. or puttering in the yard. It's still really hot here for spending any length of time outside, but it won't be for too awefully long.
Keep em coming guys... I'm sure there's tons of things that us immature brats do that we don't consider being very rewarding, and just need a reminder. lol

I love to pick up the phone and reconnect with a friend. I use to spend all my free time smoking! Now its so nice to build up all of those friendships again!
Also love to bake - made the most AWESOME brownies today - would anyone like to join me?
Cheers,
