its 7.15p.m 1 full day 24 hours of little steps ,wonder how far i walked? the patch stuck fast! been shoping work into the office and aimees been with me all day,and shes still alive!!!!!!i think ive used 4 gums in this 24 hours ,triggers are ...waking up,eating ,getting in the car,going to the office.all really habbit i think.eat.....have a fag...wake up...cup tea and a fag.....into the car to anyware......a fag.they all smoke in the office so poped a gum in b4 i went in. spent a long time having a laf with debs,we are soooooo much alike its scarey! :8o:i hope im as good for her as she is for me.mind you she has double withdrawl now coz big brother has finished over in ozz!!!!!!!!!!
dont know weather to take patch off over night ........need more than 4hours sleep!and dont really fancy another dream about my x!! think i will leave it off and have a gum by the bed ready in case the patch dont kick in quick enough!
just rememberd my eldest is having an ann summers party and as im not working tonight i can go !!! so i off to a naughty nighty party see you later!
