I know exactly what you mean about feeling 'puffy'. It is really a weird feeling ... like you are being blown up like a balloon or something. I have wondered about a herbal detox as well, but right now I am still feeling 'gasy' so I'm afraid to add anything to that at the moment ... LOL!

that is the darn bloated thing I was talking about. I know what you mean about feeling bigger at the same weight. It is annoying and uncomfortable.

Phreaknbz & Breaking Free,
Have you changed your diet?
Try cutting down on salt.
Consult your doctor if the bloating persists.

Lake - pretty funny I was just telling ItsIronic that I am a little "fluffier" but have managed to stave off food a bit and only gained about 5-7 lbs. In the WRONG place of course - but guys usually have an easier time losing weight. Me & my treadmill spend quality time together.
Don't know of any herbal "detox"
If you drink green tea it contains antioxidants, which are good. You have to like tea tho ~

Do you recommend a Detox?
I have been smoke free for over 100 days with very few urges. I have gained a little weight, which I needed (about 20-25lbs).
I have always watched what I eat and drank lots of water, but I feel "puffy".
Have any of you had any success with a herbal detox, and if so, would you recomend it?

Healer within,
I'd be interested in the herbal detox also. I've felt bloated for almost 6 darn months now. I did gain wieght, but its around 7 lbs that feel like 50. I swear, I look much fatter than I used to at the same weight.. what the heck is that about?

You may want to check with your doctor before trying any type of detox. You can also increase your intake of water to assist your body cleaning. It also keeps you hydrated!
Keep Strong,
Josie
