Woke up late. Laid in bed for a bit longer cause I didn't have to jump up and go out for a smoke.
Had breakfast around noon at Coco's. Sat in the smoking section so we wouldn't have to wait for 25 - 40 minutes to be seated. It was totally neutral. Smoke neither bothered me, nor made me think of smoking. Getting stopped at a light next to a deisel pickup is far, far worse.
Bought seat covers for Becky's new car so the leather seats will survive Delia's (our dog) claws on our October trip. The new car smell will last much longer and I won't have to stress over not smoking in it.
Later, when the driveway is in the shade, I'll install the seat covers. Again, I won't have to stress over smoking around it or taking breaks and walking away to smoke. Just go out, do it, done. :)
But right now I'm going to clean the pool from the last thunderstorm (wind, dust, lightening, no rain )
Happy Labor Day to everyone who celebrates it.
Congrats on your first non-smoker auction, auctionman. Let us know how it went. :)
Keep up the good quits, everyone.
