Great post Sheller. I've been quit 2 weeks and I really notice the smell of smoke. I play in a dart league and the smokers go out for a smoke break, and when they come back in, there's perhaps 10 people all smelling of smoke. Wow, what an eye opener!!! I used to smell like that. Helps keep the quit, that's for sure. Cheers, Jan

What a great story, Sheller.
Life as a non-smoker is a real eye opener, isn't it?
Best,

This, however, has me concerned...? Have you been to this party before?
In any event, I am impressed with 266 days. It gives the rest of us reassurance that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Thanks!

Hey all remember me?
I went to a big concert a couple nights ago. Roger Waters.. you know.. Pink Floyd guy. Well the place was thick with various kinds of smoke and through the haze I could smell cigarette smoke. For the first time I smelled it as a non smoker. I didn't take a huge breath in I just smelled it and thought " Ick, that smells like the morning after a huge party where everyone was wearing stinky socks"
I finally got what those non smokers were going on about for years. Guess that makes me one of them :)
Each and every one of you can do this. I promise. My cravings are mild and I actually can identify myself as a non smoker, not an ex smoker. I know I'm one puff away from a pack a day but that doesn't seem like such a big deal any more.
Hold strong all of you!
