Tina, there are so many new anti-inflammatories and other arthritis drugs out now. If you haven't already, you might try to see a rheumatologist...they are experts in autoimmune disorders, such as psoriasis and arthritis. I've had this since I was in my mid-twenties (I'm mid-50s now), and recently I have been put on a new regimen that really seems to work.
