Stay strong!!! Oftentimes, we get hit with things that we don't think we can handle, but the truth is that we are all stronger than we think we are. I'm sure that's definitely true for you too! It might be hard, but you CAN keep your quit, despite what ever happens tomorrow or down the road. Keep going... for your children and for yourself. Don't beat yourself up for smoking... we all did it and no, it wasn't the smartest thing we could have done, but beating ourselves up about it now isn't going to make the past disappear. Nothing can be done to change it now. Just concentrate on the present and right now, you're doing the absolute best thing you can for yourself by quitting. I will keep you in my prayers.
