Bingo.. Deep breaths. REALLY deep breaths. WOW. That really sucks but you know that smoking will not make it any better or any easier. Smoking will just remind you why you are in this position to begin with. I must stay I admire your courage. Resisting the temptation to give in was difficult I'm sure.
You can kick, scream, cry, break dishes, go to bed, punch a pillow anything that takes that anxiety away, just don't smoke. You are on the road to recovery and hopefully all the test results come back good. Hang on to that hope.
