5. Eat healthy foods every 2 or 3 hours to keep your blood sugar up: carrots, celery and peanut butter, raisins, whole wheat crackers and cheese, fruit, yogurt. Sugary snacks will stick to your teeth and cause cavities and stick to your waistline, too!
