I got the grape freezing thing from our local stop smoking programme (Called QuitFit - runs in the leisure centre) - my family thinks they're fantastic and it's top of the shopping list every time. Glad it helps somebody else too. :)

Someone suggested to freeze grapes and use those when you have a crave or feel you want something to eat. They are awsome!!
The week-end is going well. I have had some major craves, but got though them. Those darn head games. My husband and I went for a long walk this morning and that was nice. I try for at least 3 miles a day. It really makes a difference in one's additude. Of course if someone see me, they may think I am crazy, because I have wonderful conversations with myself - lol. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful reads today.
