Thanks for the warm welcome & words of encouragement everyone gave me on Day 1. This is the morning of Day 2 and I'm feeling a bit queasy. Coming to this site and reading other peoples' posts truly does help. I guess the old saying "Misery loves company" really is true! I have smoked for 33 years, and I know this won't be easy, but I am DETERMINED! Thanks again for your support.
