I have just started the Panic Program, The problem I am having is that I only have panic attacks when I am faced with having to drive some where by my self, which I don't ever do, so in my home work it says to every day keep track of my anxiety and Panic, but I don't have PA on a daily basis ( I used to ) but now it's only when I have to drive or if I was to be left alone somewhere I think my Fear is being alone, Like I can drive if my husband is in the car with me and I can go shopping but only if he is with me, but just the thought of going some where by my self just freaks me out. OK OK I know I am going in to many directions back to the problem How do I do my home work when I am not having these PA every day , only when faced with my fear do I have them?
