Gonna, ok I won't be too proud of you if that's what you want, but listen, you went outside with your smoking daughter and you didn't smoke..... how great is that?
Second hand smoke can be tricky though in my experience, I remember posting about it a while back, when I went to my smoking friend's house, they would be careful not to smoke close to me, but the smoke has a way of following you doesn't it? Well the next day I would feel like I was going through withdrawal again, so I suggest staying away from it for a while longer, in my case I didn't stop smoking to inhale other smoker's secondhand smoke so I will stay away from it. Hope you feel better soon, have you gone down on the patch lately?Maybe that's it, you're going through an adjustment period.
Take care
:)Marie
