I think smoking actually sucked alot of the passion out of my life. I was so consumed with when/ how long/ where...that I forgot to enjoy life. My new passions are yoga, my new kitten, getting up early in the morning and going to the gym and green tea. I hope my future passions will include white water rafting, running far and fast, enjoying every minute with those children in my life that a growing up so fast and living every moment! Swimming! When I was still smoking, I didn't swim very much because whenever I did, my lungs would get tight and sometimes, I would start wheezing and I would ALWAYS cough when I swam, and swimming made me feel guilty for smoking, so it was either swimming or the smokes... for YEARS I chose the smokes. Now, I choose swimming! :) Crave the Quit!
