Now that I have been smoke free for over 70 days the battle still continues. Temptations will always be present and I know I have to remain close to this group to stay smoke free. I do not like the the smell of cigs but I still have urges to light up. Why this has been such a battle for me for many years I do not know. What I do know is that I like being smoke free.
