I'm back, bad day yesterday, bought a pack and smoked it all. Last one at 1:30 this morning.Back on the wagon a little bruised but I'll make it. Spent most of my day here reading and posting, helped a lot getting through today. I'll probably spend most of my weekend right here with my smoke free friends. SSC friends are the best. Thank you all for your support, it's so nice to talk with people who understand where you are.
Have a great smoke-free weekend!
Love you all, Auntie

Auntie,
We are not here to judge. What's important is that you take some time to learn from this slip. Pinpoint the weaknesses in your quit plan, fix them and keep going.
Do you have a reward system?
We are here for you!
Keep persevering!
Danielle

Good to see everyone making plans on how to cope with your weekend. Don't forget to sign the weekend promise if you haven't done so. It really does help to have others holding you responsible.
Keep on keeping on.
Cheryl
