I see so many of you being really quite successful with your quit. Anything over two weeks you get a gold star. I also see there are quite a few new people that have just begun their journey. Keep up the good work. With time it just gets easier, and easier and easier... Soon enought it will be crossing your mind less and less and less. And you will be feeling better and better and better about yourself each passing minute, hour, day, week and month.
