Jan,
I can't tell you how many things I haven't felt like doing since I quit. And, how often I said to myself "if I only had a cigarette I'd be able to get this stuff done."
But, you know what? Nothing catastrophic happened because I didn't do the laundy, picked up the house or got the trash out to the road, to mention just a few.
Sometimes I told myself *not* doing the stuff I just wasn't up to dealing with was that day's reward... in other words, I cut myself some slack instead of adding to my stress in order to hang on to my quit.
Dunno if that might help you or not, but know that many of us have been right where you are, but made it through.
You CAN do this if you just make up your mind *you're* going to gonna prevail -- no matter what.
In the meantime, don't hesitate to come here to read, vent, rant and share. We're all in this together.
Best,
Livadia
