In my job, I have the choice of using the elevators, or climbing the stairs, and it's a great feeling that when I choose the stairs, that I'm not dying at the top.
This time when I quit, I smoked for a short time before being "busted" by my wife, so I am back to enjoying the health benefits of quitting. The largest one being getting my breath back.
There is a lot of tension at home right now, due to the lying about smoking, but I hope this will pass, and just need to remember why I quit, and the health benefits that go along with quitting.
I just need to see it in writing sometimes, it seems a little more real to me if I do.
