Good for you Sparky. I am so glad to see you are not giving up on yourself. You are a survivor. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Take some really deep breaths and hang on tight. The ride is worth it.
Quitting isn't easy for everyone but that is OK. It doesn't mean you can't do it. You just have to work for it. You know what they say, anything worth having is worth working for. I can tell by your posts that you are a strong person. Grab some of that strength and begin to experience your final quit.
