What do you have to look forward to for keeping your quit? Do you have a reward system set up? If not, then you probably should set one up... rewards at 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, etc... all the way to 1 year, that you will do for yourself with the money you've saved by quitting to reward yourself for this achievement. I know you're on the patch right now, so perhaps the first few rewards will need to be free or really cheep rewards... say, renting a movie you've been wanting to see, or bubble baths or a good book that you want to read. Whatever will keep you motivated to stay quit! It's the most fun part of the quit. If you don't have a reward system set up yet, then look into doing things for yourself! You're worth it!
