Hi Phil, Marie said we needed to grab a hold of you and hang on tight, so we've each got one hand now and that leaves you with none to smoke....also you shouldn't feel like you're missing anything anymore since you've got a woman on each side ;)

There isn't anything to miss about smoking. When you smoked you were a slave to the cigarette. You are no long a slave but breaking free from the worse addition there is. You should be celebrating in what you have accomplished. Honestly, did you ever believe you could quit for as long as you have? I know I didn't.
There are parts of this quit journey that are really difficult but you've got friends traveling this road with you. Friends that let you know you are not alone. Look at Marie and Silly me. They are really holding on to you! You just have to believe that this time will pass. You can believe it because this site is full of people that have been right where you are now and we are still here and still quit. You will make it. Lean on your friends here when the going gets tough. That is why we are here.
One step at a time, one day at a time. Let us know how you are doing.
