I got back from my lunch run, and because I was driving I was having a little bit of a problem. When I got out of my car though the wind was blowing just right, and I was able to smell the rose bush on the other side of the parking lot. I didn't even know it was there!
Something one of my friends told me about quitting was when you get a really strong craving if you are able to, brush your teeth. His therapy explained sometimes it is residue in your mouth that is causing the cravings, plus even if it's not you have something to take your mind off it.

Makes sense to me....who wants to smoke after just brushing your teeth and looking at them and seeing how nice and WHITE they are???
