Have you tried exposure therapy? It's explained in the panic program on this site. You can practise exposing yourself to panic attacks if you don't have specific phobias, eg running on the spot or making yourself breathless or whatever. I was taken through this by a therapist and it didn't really work, because the feeling of panic is different to these attempts at simulating it.
TRIED SELF TALK AND DEEP BREATHING IT WORK FOR ACOUPLE WEEKS THEN IT CAME BACK ,NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING TO EASE THE PANIC ATTACK ,ANY SUGGESTION? :confuse:
